Mandy Helen

Mandy is a certified E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance with experience in vinyasa, hatha, acro, aerial, yin, restorative, chair, meditation, yoga nidra and Iyengar. She first took to the yoga mat after an ACL injury in 2009 as a form of mobility recovery. In 2013 she sustained a traumatic brain injury and fractured her spine which ultimately led to her decision to become a yoga teacher. Mandy is a living testament that yoga heals the mind, body, and soul. She has worked all over the world teaching yoga at wellness and boutique hotels featured in Vogue and Condé Nast in addition to hosting retreats in Nicaragua, Mozambique, and the Dominican Republic.

With over 3000+ teaching hours, she is eager to share the transforming magic of yoga with students of all levels. Her classes feature dynamic breath paired with safe, mindful movement with sprinkles of positive psychology.
